2025年6月28日,由深圳市汽车电子行业协会主办的主题为:“AI赋能、守正创新,共建全球汽车智能生态链-IAEIS 2025第十四届国际汽车电子产业峰会”暨“2024年度汽车电子科学技术奖”颁奖典礼在深圳隆重举行。

Mr.Zhang Dongyan, Deputy District Mayor of Bao'an District People's Government, delivered a speech: First, he extended a warm welcome to all attending guests and expressed gratitude for the long-term support from various sectors towards Bao'an's industrial development. As a crucial pillar for Shenzhen's initiative to build a new-generation world-class automotive city, Bao'an has gathered over 900 automotive industry chain enterprises, nurturing leading automotive electronics companies such as Valeo, Sunwoda, and Hangsheng Electronics, as well as specialized and innovative "little giant" enterprises. From upstream power batteries and motor controllers to midstream intelligent cockpits, and downstream mobility and logistics services, Bao'an boasts significant advantages in industrial scale, supply chain depth, and completeness.
Currently, Bao'an District is transitioning from industrial agglomeration to innovation in the automotive electronics sector, adhering to a manufacturing-first approach to build a world-class intelligent manufacturing hub in Shenzhen. The district is accelerating the establishment of an advanced manufacturing system integrating smart terminals, high-end equipment, and automotive electronics. Bao'an has invested RMB 2.9 billion to construct a 440,000-square-meter intelligent connected vehicle industrial park, featuring 260,000 square meters of production space and 50,000 square meters of R&D offices, creating an industrial synergy model where "upstairs and downstairs form upstream and downstream." In terms of policy support, the district has introduced project subsidies of up to RMB 30 million, opened 280 kilometers of autonomous driving test roads (with plans to achieve full-region coverage within the year), and promoted smart mobility inter-connectivity in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Mr. Zhang emphasized that Bao'an will continue to optimize its business environment, positioning itself as the "best industrial partner" to share the opportunities of smart mobility development with global collaborators and jointly drive innovation and upgrading in the automotive electronics industry.

Mr. Wang Huinong, First Secretary of the Party Committee for the New Energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industry Chain in Shenzhen, delivered a speech: The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly stated that the country must promote the development of strategic emerging industries and build new growth engines for next-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, and new energy enterprises. As a pioneer in the new energy vehicle sector, Shenzhen is accelerating the construction of a world-class automotive city. Over the past two years since its establishment, the Industry Chain Party Committee has focused on serving the industry, creating a collaborative city-district industrial chain service system through joint organizational development, event coordination, industrial synergy, and talent joint cultivation. It has organized activities such as supply-demand matchmaking, policy briefings, and visits to OEMs to foster cooperation among upstream and downstream enterprises.

Mr.Huang He, Deputy Director of the Shenzhen New Energy Vehicle Industry Office, delivered a speech: Shenzhen is actively responding to the national new energy vehicle development strategy, aiming to build a world-class automotive city. Through legislative leadership, scenario provision, R&D-driven initiatives, and industrial ecosystem development, the city is fully advancing the construction of a global innovation R&D center, high-end manufacturing hub, technology demonstration base, and trade nexus for new energy vehicles. As a core component of the automotive electronics industry upgrade, Shenzhen places high importance on and actively promotes the high-quality development of the automotive electronics sector, achieving remarkable results.
Shenzhen has taken the lead in legislative safeguards and standard-setting, becoming the first to enact laws for intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) and establishing the first ICV testing ground in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with the highest proportion of test road mileage nationwide. Secondly, significant achievements have been made in core technology and industrial chain cultivation. Leveraging Shenzhen’s strong electronics and information technology industry advantages and innovation capabilities, the city has gathered a large number of leading enterprises in key automotive electronics fields such as intelligent driving, smart cockpits, vehicle software, and network communications.
Thirdly, rapid growth has been achieved in industrial scale and cluster effects. In 2024, the added value of the ICV industry surpassed the 100-billion-yuan mark for the first time, with automotive electronics emerging as a key growth driver, forming one of the world’s most complete industrial chains.
Moving forward, Shenzhen will continue to deepen the development of intelligent connectivity and looks forward to collaborating with global innovation resources to jointly enhance the competitiveness of the automotive electronics industry.

中国工程院院士、清华大学教授、智能绿色车辆与交通全国重点实验室主任李克强院士在百忙之中录制了祝福视频,祝贺深圳市汽车电子行业协会成立15周年暨峰会召开。他表示,全球汽车产业正加速向新能源和智能网联转型,智能汽车发展正从单车智能迈向车路协同新阶段,这是中国汽车产业由大变强的重要机遇。当前智能辅助驾驶已经全面推广,为智慧交通和智慧城市融合发展奠定基础,这对汽车电子技术提出更高要求。他强调,芯片、软件、传感器等核心技术的突破是智能网联汽车发展的关键,需要整车与零部件企业协同创新、合作共赢。希望通过本次峰会促进深度交流,共同推动中国智能网联汽车产业高质量发展。
Mr.Li Keqiang, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a professor at Tsinghua University, and the director of the National Key Laboratory of Intelligent and Green Vehicles and Transportation, took time out of his busy schedule to record a congratulatory video to celebrate the 15th - anniversary of the establishment of SZAEIA and the holding of the summit. He stated that the global automotive industry is accelerating its transformation toward new energy and intelligent connectivity, with smart vehicle development transitioning from single-vehicle intelligence to a new stage of vehicle-road coordination. This represents a significant opportunity for China's automotive industry to grow from large to strong. Currently, intelligent assisted driving has been widely adopted, laying the foundation for the integrated development of smart transportation and smart cities, which places higher demands on automotive electronics technology. He emphasized that breakthroughs in core technologies such as chips, software, and sensors are critical to the development of intelligent connected vehicles, requiring collaborative innovation and win-win cooperation between vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers. He expressed hope that this summit would facilitate in-depth exchanges and jointly promote the high-quality development of China's intelligent connected vehicle industry.

深圳市汽车电子行业协会会长、深圳市航盛电子股份有限公司董事长杨洪发表:《AI赋能、守正创新,共建全球汽车智能生态链》的主题致辞,杨洪会长在致辞中回顾了过去一年的丰硕成果,汽车电子协会走过15年的发展历程,会员规模已突破700家,连续14年举办行业峰会,成功组织百余家企业走进主机厂,搭建产业链对接平台,这些成绩离不开各界的支持与帮助。当前,全球新能源汽车发展呈现强劲态势。2024年全球销量达1770万辆,同比增长24%,渗透率19.3%。中国市场表现尤为突出,新能源车保有量达3140万辆,预计2025年渗透率将超50%。特别值得注意的是,商用车电动化进程加速,销量同比增长28.9%,干线物流等场景的自动驾驶应用成效显著。与此同时,行业也面临着企业增收不增利困局、内卷式价格战无序竞争、燃油车转型压力等严峻挑战。
AI技术将全面变革汽车智能化之路,成为产业转型的核心驱动力和战略制高点。在产品端,汽车正从机械产品进化为智能服务终端,用户体验从功能实现转向人性化交互。在企业端,车企将经历三个阶段:应用AI工具优化流程、将AI融入产品研发、最终转型为具备AI原生能力的科技企业,这一变革将重塑汽车产业全价值链。
面向未来,杨洪会长提出六大发展建议:1、倡导良性竞争:比技术、比质量,而非低价内耗;2、提升盈利能力:对标国际一流车企,优化供应链管理;3、推进国际化:实现本地化生产,避免重蹈摩托车出海覆辙;4、深化合资合作:推动双向赋能,共同开拓全球市场;5、制造创新:突破良品率瓶颈,构建绿色低碳生产能力;6、坚持长期主义:守正创新,行稳致远。特别呼吁行业避免内卷式竞争,国家已出台政策整治市场乱象,加强产业链协同,整车与零部件企业共生共赢。

Mr. Yang Hong, President of SZAEIA and Chairman of Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronics Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech titled "Empowering with AI, Upholding Integrity and Innovation, and Co-building a Global Automotive Intelligent Ecosystem" In his address, President Yang Hong reviewed the fruitful achievements of the past year. The Automotive Electronics Association has completed 15 years of development, with its membership exceeding 700 companies. It has successfully organized industry summits for 14 consecutive years and facilitated over 100 enterprises in engaging with OEMs, establishing a platform for industrial chain collaboration. These accomplishments owe much to the support and assistance from all sectors.
Currently, the global new energy vehicle (NEV) industry is experiencing robust growth. In 2024, global sales reached 17.7 million units, a year-on-year increase of 24%, with a penetration rate of 19.3%. The Chinese market has performed particularly well, with NEV ownership reaching 31.4 million units. It is projected that the penetration rate will exceed 50% by 2025. Notably, the electrification of commercial vehicles is accelerating, with sales growing by 28.9% year-on-year, and autonomous driving applications in scenarios such as trunk logistics have shown significant results.
However, the industry also faces severe challenges, including enterprises struggling with revenue growth without profit increases, disorderly competition in cutthroat price wars, and the pressure of transitioning from traditional fuel vehicles.
AI technology will comprehensively transform the path to automotive intelligence, becoming the core driver and strategic high ground for industrial transformation. On the product front, vehicles are evolving from mechanical products into intelligent service terminals, with user experience shifting from functional realization to humanized interaction. For enterprises, automakers will undergo three stages: optimizing processes with AI tools, integrating AI into product R&D, and ultimately transforming into technology companies with native AI capabilities. Looking ahead, President Yang Hong proposed six key development recommendations:
1. Advocate for healthy competition: Compete on technology and quality rather than engaging in low-price attrition.
2. Enhance profitability: Benchmark against top-tier international automakers and optimize supply chain management.
3. Promote internationalization: Achieve localized production to avoid repeating the mistakes of the motorcycle industry's overseas expansion.
4. Deepen joint ventures and partnerships: Foster mutual empowerment and jointly explore global markets.
5. Drive manufacturing innovation: Break through yield bottlenecks and build green, low-carbon production capabilities.
6. Uphold long-termism: Adhere to fundamentals while innovating, ensuring steady and sustainable progress.
He particularly called on the industry to avoid cutthroat competition, noting that the government has introduced policies to rectify market chaos and strengthen industrial chain collaboration, enabling symbiotic success for both vehicle manufacturers and component suppliers.
Going forward, adopting a global outlook, the SZAEIA will establish a strong foothold in Shenzhen, embed itself in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, offer nationwide services, and actively engage with international markets. The association will persist in fulfilling its role as a dedicated enabler for all member enterprises, facilitating seamless industry connections. Through these efforts, it aims to propel the development of a new-generation world-class automotive cluster, thereby bolstering China's automotive industry in its transformation from a large-scale manufacturing powerhouse to a high-quality, innovation-driven sector.

面向未来发展,行业将重点推进智能化、多元化、全球化和协同化战略。到2025年实现L3级自动驾驶商业化应用,坚持纯电、混动、氢燃料等多技术路线并行发展,推动新能源汽车出口占比提升至30%以上,构建车路云一体化智能网联系统。叶总工建议行业避免低价竞争,提升盈利能力;加强产业链协同发展;完善标准体系,抢占国际话语权;强化安全保障,确保自动驾驶稳健发展。中国新能源汽车产业将继续坚持创新驱动、质量为先、开放合作的发展道路,为全球汽车产业转型贡献中国智慧和中国方案,推动实现从汽车大国向汽车强国的跨越式发展。
Mr. Ye Shengji, Chief Engineer of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, delivered a report titled "Current Development Trends of New Energy Vehicles in China." He pointed out that China's new energy vehicle (NEV) industry has achieved global leadership, with production and sales exceeding 10 million units in 2024. From January to May 2025, the year-on-year growth surpassed 40%, and annual sales are expected to exceed 16 million units, with a penetration rate reaching 50%.
The development of China's NEV industry exhibits three key characteristics:
1. Comprehensive technological breakthroughs. The adoption rate of L2-level advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) exceeds 60%, and urban Navigate on Autopilot (NOA) is accelerating its rollout.
2. Improved infrastructure. The vehicle-to-charger ratio has risen to 1:2.7.
3. Rapid export growth. NEV exports are projected to reach 2 million units in 2024, a 60% year-on-year increase.
Looking ahead, the industry will focus on advancing intelligentization, diversification, globalization, and collaborative strategies. By 2025, the commercialization of L3-level autonomous driving will be realized, while maintaining parallel development across multiple technological pathways, including pure electric, hybrid, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Efforts will also be made to increase the proportion of NEV exports to over 30% and establish an integrated intelligent connected vehicle-road-cloud system.
Mr. Ye recommended that the industry avoid low-price competition and enhance profitability, strengthen collaborative development across the supply chain, improve standardization systems to gain international influence, and reinforce safety measures to ensure the steady advancement of autonomous driving.
China's NEV industry will continue to pursue an innovation-driven, quality-first, and open cooperation approach, contributing Chinese wisdom and solutions to the global automotive transformation. This will facilitate a leap from being a major automotive nation to a global automotive powerhouse.
